When IL-18Rβ/IL-1R7 Fc Chimera Protein, Human (Cat. No. UA010873) is immobilized at 2.0µg/mL (100 µL/well), in the present of IL-18, Human (Cat. No. UA040111), IL-18Rα/IL-1R5 His Tag Protein, Human (Cat. No. UA010914) binds with an ED50 of 40.10-49.63ng/mL.

Immobilized IL-18, Human (Cat. No. UA040111) at 2.0μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind IL-18BP Fc Chimera, Human (Cat. No. UA010587) with EC50 of 2.20-3.25 ng/mL
