Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When TSLP, Human is immobilized 10µg/mL (100µl/well), TSLPR His Tag，Human(Cat.No: UA010490) binds with an EC50 of 1.5-2.0μg/ml.

Immobilized TSLP Protein, Human (Cat. No. UA040102) at 2.0μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind V6 Anti-Human TSLP (Tezepelumab)  with EC50 of 1.35-1.99 ng/mL. 

Immobilized TSLP, Human (Cat. No. UA040102) at 2.0μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind TSLPR Fc Chimera Protein, Human (Cat. No. UA010907) with EC50 of 0.83-1.33 ng/mL.

Anti-His antibody Immobilized on CM5 Chip captured TSLPR His Tag, Human (Cat. No. UA010490), can bind TSLP, Human (Cat. No. UA040102) with an affinity constant of 0.70 nM as determined in SPR assay.
