CD30 (TNFRSF8) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and a type I transmembrane protein. Under normal physiological conditions, CD30 is only expressed at low levels on the surface of activated T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and natural killer cells.
