TSLP is a protein in the cytokine family, typically expressed in epithelial cells at barrier surfaces such as the lungs, skin, and intestines. TSLP is primarily produced by non-hematopoietic cells, including fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and various types of stromal or stroma-like cells.
