The core clinical application of T cells lies in adoptive cell immunotherapy, such as CAR-T therapy for hematologic malignancies and TCR-T therapy targeting solid tumors. They are also utilized in tumor vaccines to activate autologous T cells and can be employed to modulate T cell function for treating autoimmune diseases and transplant rejection. Furthermore, in infectious diseases, the infusion of activated T cells can enhance anti-infective immunity.
