Detection of EC50 for Compounds H-89 and PKI:

Using the market-leading brand PC, the EC50 values for H-89 were measured under the same experimental conditions with ATP concentrations of 10 μM and 100 μM, resulting in EC50 values of 65 nM and 567 nM, respectively.
