Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human CD3 gamma Fc Chimera (Cat.No.UA010598) is immobilized at 1.0 μg/mL, the concentration of Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD3E Fc Chimera(Cat. No. UA010199) that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 2.2-3.2 μg/mL.
