VAV1 GST Tag Protein, Human

The VAV1 activity was assayed by HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the VAV1 protein and CRBN, adding the beads and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.

2μg (R: reducing condition, N: non-reducing condition).

The purity of VAV1 Protein Human is greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
