Storage Solution : 20 mM Tris-HCl, 500 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 @ 25°C
2* Reaction Buffer: 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 5 mM ZnCl2

1. Set up a 20 μl reaction system as follows:

Incubate 2-18 hrs at 37 °C

Note:

1. Reconstitute the lyophilized product in 50 μl of water. The protease will be in a solution containing 20 mM Tris-HCl, 500 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 @ 25°C.

2.The optimal digestion conditions should be further determined according to your own experimental conditions.
